To identify the intensity between two personality types, look for the profile of person #1 and compare it to the profile of person #2. Don't make the mistake of thinking two personalities cannot work well together.  In fact, it is sometimes better to have two different personality types working together, so one type will compensate for the other.   Remember, we all have blind spots.
