You will need to set up a New User account to order any of our online profiles. Just click on the New User located at the right-hand side of the page. After clicking on New User a page with a form will open, fill the form out with all the necessary information. Create your own login and password (at least 6 characters.) After you have completed the form, click on the Submit button at the bottom of that page you should be successfully logged in. |

I have been given a code, what do I do next? |

If you already have a Profiler Code, do not login or create a New User account, but enter that code in Enter Code section at the right side of the page.
When the new page opens, if you are a new user, click on that button. Fill in the necessary information, click on the submit button and the profile should begin. NOTE: When completing Combining Spiritual Gifts and Personality Profiles, there are 3 total surveys (approx. 6-9 pages) to complete. *
If you have registered with Uniquely You Profiler before, login under Existing User when the new page opens. The profile should then begin.
*NOTE: If your code is associated with a group, please be sure to view your report when completed, this will save your information into the group account.

Do you want to purchase a profile/s? |
| |
You will purchase a profile for yourself and/or family members to complete. These are not to affiliate with a group, you will need to purchase a code/s for that. After Creating a New User account and logging in, or logging in if you have already created an account, go to My Account.
Under the section Purchase a Profile/s click on Click Here. It will open a new page. Your name will be in the section under Member leave that name there if the profile is for you, change it if you are purchasing a profile for another family member, friend or colleague. After that, select the type of profile you wish to purchase from the Select bar next to Profile, it's type (Faith or Standard,) & click on Add to Cart. If you desire to purchase another profile, just repeat the same process & Add to Cart. To complete the transaction click on Purchase to pay for the profile/s online.
After you make payment the profile/s will be displayed under the section To Start or Complete your Profile on yourMy Account page.

Do you want to purchase a code(s) (profile(s)) to affiliate with a group or for distribution? |

You must click on new user and register or log in to purchase codes. After entering login name & password, you open at the My Account page. On this page, scroll down to Purchase Code(s) for Distribution
and / or to Purchase a Code (Profile) to affiliate with a Group. Under the heading is To purchase single or multiple code(s) (profiles) CLICK HERE - Click there. Select the profile you wish to purchase.
To affiliate (associate or assign) your code/s with a group, after selecting the code/s you wish to purchase and quantity, add them to the cart. The next page that opens allows you to affiliate your code/s with an existing group or create a group account to associate codes with. If you are purchasing a code to affiliate with a group, select the group from the Groups select bar then Click the purchase or buy now button and complete transaction. Your code will then be listed on the My Account page at the bottom of the page under Purchased Codes. Click on the code and copy it down (exactly) or print it out and go back to the My Account page. Near the bottom is Assign a Code to My Account. Enter the code in the spaces and click on enter. Your code (profile) should begin or it will be listed under To start or complete a profile. Click on it and the survey will begin.
Note: Please be sure if you are purchasing and setting up a group account, when entering the information on the group form, the Group Code , should be the same as the group name, as this is what people will see when affiliating a code to your group if they are purchasing a code or profile to associate with your group.
Note:* You must purchase a code for each profile you want to have completed or to complete yourself. Codes and profiles can be used one time only.

Please select the profile, result type & click on Add to Cart.
After clicking on Add to Cart the page will refresh & at the bottom it shows Group Affiliation section. In this section you can join an existing group or create a new group or you can complete the transaction without joining a group by clicking on Purchase.

Do you want to purchase a group account? |

A new user will have to register first, before purchasing a Profile(s)/Code(s). After creating an account and logging in, the My Account page will open.
On the My Account page you will find “ Purchase A Group Account ” section. Hit the CLICK HERE button. The Group Registration page opens up.
Select REGISTER AND PURCHASE A GROUP ACCOUNT option. This will lead to the Group Registration form.
After completing the form, click the Continue button. This will lead to the Shopping Cart page. Here, if necessary, the group form can be modified.
After purchasing the group account, the group is assigned to your Username and you can access the group account by clicking on its name at the bottom of the "My Account" page or by logging in to it by clicking on the Group Admin space on the left hand side of the page.

Do you wish to purchase a group account and codes for distribution? |

You must create a new user account or log in to purchase Group and Codes. After logging in the My Account page opens. On this page you will find a section titled Purchase Code(s) for Distribution
and / or to Purchase a Code (Profile) to affiliate with a Group.. Clicking there will take you to a purchase module.
Please select the profile, result type, quantity & click on Add to Cart.
After clicking on Add to Cart the page will refresh & under the shopping cart will be the Group Affiliation section. In this section you can see New Group Registration. To create new group click the Click Here button next to To add a group account and login to your order
Fill out the Group Signup form. Remember the Group Code is what members will see when purchasing a code to affiliate with group. Click on Continue. The Shopping Cart will update with the New Group.

What instructions do I give to members when distributing codes? |

You may distribute the Profile codes to your members as soon as you like -- one Profile code is required to start a Profile. Note that each code can only be activated once.
After you have purchased codes they will be located on your "My Account" page towards the bottom under "Purchased Codes". To utilize the email feature, click on the quantity of codes, then click on any one of the codes when the new page opens. A new page will open with the codes listed and a small square next to them. Click in one square next to a code and then enter an email address in the appropriate space, submit and code and instructions will be emailed to address. If you are a group administrator, and registered your email address when setting up the group account, you will get an email when the code (profile) you sent is completed. NOTE: You will need to personally purchase codes in order to utilize this feature. If you purchase codes through the office, the email feature will not work.
Below are instructions to give to the members when you give individuals a code. These instructions are sent with the codes in the email feature.
Go to http://www.uniquelyyou.net and enter the code under the login section in the area titled "Enter Code"
When the new page opens, if you are a new user, click on the new user button . Fill in the necessary information, click on the submit button and the profile should begin.
If you have registered with UniquelyYou.net before, login under "Existing User" when the new page opens. The questionnaires should then begin.

Where is my code or profile after I purchase it? |

After logging into your account, on the My Account page, look under the section that says To start or complete a survey.
Your profile should be listed there. Just click on it and your surveys should begin.
To locate a Code, after logging into your account, on the My
Account page, scroll all the way to the bottom of the My
Account page and there will be a section that says Purchased
Codes. There will be the type and then the quantity of code/s you
purchased. Click on that quantity, and a page will open that will list the
code/s. Either print the page or you can copy it down exactly. Close that
page. You should still be on My Account page.
Towards the bottom of the page is a section that says Assign
a Code to My Account. Enter the code in the two spaces (4
characters per space), click on Enter,
and your surveys should begin.
If your profile or code is not in either place, forward your email order confirmation and the profile purchased (ie. 7 Spiritual Gifts and 4 DISC Personality Types, Teens Personality Profile, Couples - Faith based, etc.) to tech support or call 1-800-501-0490 Mon - Fri. 9 am - 5 pm EST , or on weekends contact Curt with the above information, and he will assist you.

| 9. | Want to do a Paper Profile Conversion? |

Simply create an account for yourself or for the person that the profile will be for (see Step #1 for creating an account information.) After creating the account and logging in, the My Account page opens and scroll down to Convert Paper Profiles into Online Profiles
Select the profile you wish to convert to an online profile, select type (Faith or Standard where applicable), and fill in the final scores. If you are converting a Spiritual Gifts and Personality Profile, you also must enter each individual response for opportunities for ministries questionnaire. When completed, you may view report as a web page or save it as a pdf to print.
If you want to assign the report to a group account, under the choices to view the report, is Modify My Account. Click on Assign a code (profile) to a group. Click there and then from the select bar, click on the group you wish to affiliate your report with. After assigning the profile to the group, be sure to view your profile, to save the data from your report into the group account. Or go to the My Account page and scroll down until you see Modify My Account. Click on click here where it states Assign a Profile To a Group (see example below)
