CIM & UY accepts credit cards for purchases of resources, training, consulting, plus Uniquely You, Discover Your Giftedness, and other seminars. CIM & UY only accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. |

| Order Confirmation |
A confirmation of your credit card purchase can be sent to your email upon request after submitting your payment information. In the event you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact 706-492-5490, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your payment information. It is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed in either of these events. CIM and UY assume no responsibility for losses if you assume that your order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. |

| Credit Card Declined |
Credit cards are declined for a variety of reasons. You might be too close to your credit limit. Your card may have expired. You may have cancelled the card you originally provided. The payment gateway might be experiencing problems. Or (we hope not) our server or website might be having a problem. | Registration |
No registration confirmation will be mailed to you if you register/purchase resources online. Confirmation will only be available upon request. |

| Refund and Exchange Policy |
All registration and purchases are normally final. Refunds or exchanges are accepted. All registration fees are non-refundable but are transferable to anyone of your choosing. There is a 15% restocking fee if resources are returned within 90 days and are in the same condition as originally sent. |
