1. Where do I start?
The first and easiest step for you to take is to create an account and login. Creating an account allows you to login and review your profile(s) anytime, or purchase a profile/s or a profiler code/s*. Note: * Codes are purchased for distribution or to affiliate (associate or assign) a profile with a group.
Just click on the New User located at the right-hand side of the page. After clicking on New User a page with a form will open, fill the form out with all the necessary information. Create your own login and password (at least 6 characters.) After you have completed the form, click on the Submit button at the bottom of that page you should be successfully logged in.

2. I have been given a code, what do I do next? If you already have a Profiler Code, enter that code in Enter Code section at the right side of the page. Be sure to enter your code exactly (case sensitive).
When the new page opens, if you are a new user, click on that button.

Fill in the necessary information, click on the submit button and the profile should begin. There are 3 total surveys to complete.*
If you have registered with Uniquely You Profiler before, login under Existing User when the new page opens.
 The profile should then begin.
*NOTE: Please be sure to view your report when completed, this will save your information into the group account, if your code is associated with a group.

3. What if I forgot my password? Click here and enter your email used to create your account. We will send you your password, or you may

4. How do I purchase a profile?
After Creating an account and logging in, or logging in if you have already created an account, go to My Account.
Under the section Purchase a Profile/s click on Click Here. It will open a new page. Your name will be in the section under Member leave that name there if the profile is for you, change it if you are purchasing a profile for another family member, friend or colleague. After that, select the type of profile you wish to purchase from the Select bar next to Profile, it's type (Faith or Standard,) & click on Add to Cart. If you desire to purchase another profile, just repeat the same process & Add to Cart. To complete the transaction click on Purchase to pay for the profile/s online. Top
5. How do I Purchase a code/s?
To purchase code/s* you must login and on the My Account page click on click here under the section Purchase Code(s) for Distribution
and / or to Purchase a Code (Profile) to affiliate with a Group. To affiliate (associate or assign) your code/s with a group, after selecting the code/s you wish to purchase and quantity, add them to the cart. The next page that opens allows you to affiliate your code/s with an existing group or create a group account to associate codes with.
Note: Please be sure if you are purchasing and setting up a group account, when entering the information on the group form, that for Group Code , you fill in what your group name is, as this is what people will see when affiliating a code to your group if they are purchasing a code or profile to associate with your group.
Note:* You must purchase a code for each profile you want to have completed or to complete yourself. Codes and profiles can be used one time only.
If you are a group administrator and want to distribute codes to members, employees, others, you may copy and paste the form below to distribute with the code/s.
Go to http://www.uniquelyyou.net and enter the code (case sensitive) under the login section in the area titled Enter Code

6. Where is the Profile or Code that I purchased?
After logging into your account, on the My Account page, look under the section that says To start or complete a survey.
Your profile should be listed there. Just click on it and your surveys should begin.
To locate a Code, after logging into your account, on the My Account page, scroll all the way to the bottom of the My Account page and there will be a section that says Purchased Codes.There will be the type and then the quantity of code/s you purchased. Click on that quantity, and a page will open that will list the code/s. Either print the page or you can copy it down exactly. Or click on the code again and a page will open that has the code next to it with a square next to it. Click in the square, add your email address in the appropriate space and email code and instructions. If you mailed the code to yourself, follow the instructions in the email to complete your profile. If you choose to write down or print the code out, then after securing copy of code, close that page. You should still be on My Account page. Towards the bottom of the page is a section that says Assign a Code to My Account. Enter the code exactly in the two spaces (4 characters per space), click on Enter, and your surveys should begin.
If your profile or code is not in either place, send the Order Confirmation email from Authorize.net and the profile purchased (ie. 7 Spiritual Gifts and 4 DISC Personality Types, Teens Personality Profile, Couples - Faith based, etc.) to tech support or call 1-800-501-0490 Mon - Fri. 9 am - 5 pm EST , or on weekends contact Curt and he will assist you.

7. I have purchased multiple codes to distribute to individuals, what instructions do I give when I give the codes to them?
After you have purchased codes they will be located on your "My Account" page towards the bottom under "Purchased Codes". To utilize the email feature, click on the quantity of codes, then click on any one of the codes when the new page opens. A new page will open with the codes listed and a small square next to them (see example below) Click in one square next to a code and then enter an email address in the appropriate space, submit and code and instructions will be emailed to address. If you are a group administrator, and registered your email address when setting up the group account, you will get an email when the code (profile) you sent is completed. NOTE: You will need to personally purchase codes in order to utilize this feature. If you purchase codes through the office, the email feature will not work. 
Or you can copy and paste the following instructions and send them via email or hand them out with a code.
Go to http://www.uniquelyyou.net and enter the code (case sensitive) under the login section in the area titled Enter Code.

Fill in the necessary information, click on the submit button and the profile should begin. when completing the combination Spiritual Gifts and Personality online profiles, there are 3 total surveys to complete (approx. 6-9 pages)*

If you have registered with Uniquely You Profiler before, login under "Existing User" when the new page opens. The profile should then begin.

Also, if you are a group admin and are entering profiles for others, be sure you create separate accounts and logins for each individual survey. You may use your email but be sure to use their information for the survey and create a login and password unique to their account. (ie: Login could be their first initial and last name 'jsample', the password could be the same.)

8. What if I need to stop before I finish the profile, will I be able to complete it at a later time? Don't worry. All of your selections have been saved. Simply Login and on the My Account page, you will find your profile pending under the section To start or Complete Your Profile, just click on the correct profile to complete the questionnaire.

9. Once I've finished the surveys and have logged off, will I be able to review my report again?
Yes, your report will be available for you to review and/or print. Just Login, then go to My Account and select the profile from the drop down menu under View Completed Your Completed Profiles section and click on go. It will open a new page on that page select the view as web page tab & click on click here to view your report.

10. How do I convert a Paper Profile to an Online Profile?
Simply create an account for yourself (or the person that the profile will be for (see Step #1 for creating an account information.) After logging in, the My Account page opens and scroll down to Convert Paper Profiles into Online Profiles

Select the profile you wish to convert to an online profile, select type (Faith or Standard where applicable), and fill in the final scores. If you are converting a Spiritual Gifts and Personality Profile, you also must enter each individual response for opportunities for ministries questionnaire. When completed, you may view report as a web page or save it as a pdf to print.
If you want to assign the report to a group account, go to the My Account page and scroll down until you see Modify My Account. Click on click here where it states Assign a Profile To a Group (see example below)

11. How do I assign my profile to a group?
After completing your surveys, if you want to assign the report to a group account, go to the My Account page and scroll down until you see Modify My Account. Click on click here where it states Assign a Profile To a Group (see example below)
