1. Where do I start?
The first and easiest step for you to take is to create an account and login. Creating an account allows you to login and review your profile(s) anytime, or purchase a profile or start a survey with a profiler code you already have.
Just click on the New User located at the right-hand side of the your page. After clicking on New User form will open fill the form with all necessary information. Create your own login and password. After you have completed the form, click on the Submit button at the bottom of that page you should be successfully logged in.

If you already have a Profiler Code, enter that code in Enter Code section at the right side of the page. Be sure to enter your code exactly. You may now start your survey.

2. What if I forgot my password?
Click here and enter your email used to create your account. We will send you your password, or you may

3. I never received the email with my Quick Start Code.
Send the purchase validation email from Verisign to Curt and he will email you your code. or you may

4. I have purchased multiple codes to distribute to individuals, what instructions do I give when I give the codes to them?
To create their account they can enter the code in the Enter Code field on the homepage & click on enter to fill up the necessary information for taking the questionnaires.
Also, if you are a group admin and are entering profiles for others, be sure you create separate accounts and logins for each individual survey. You may use your email but be sure to use their information for the survey and create a login and password unique to their account. (ie: Login could be their first name and last initial 'johnr', the password could be their last name.)

5. What if I need to stop before I finish the profile, will I be able to complete it at a later time? Don't worry. All of your selections have been saved. Simply Login and click on the My Accounts tab on the home page, You will find your profile pending under section Incomplete Questionnaire/s just click on that to complete the questionnaire.

6. Once I've finished the surveys and have logged off, will I be able to review my report again?
Yes, your report will be available for you to review and/or print. Just Login, then go to My Accounts and select the profile from the drop down menu under View Choice section and click on go. It will open a new page on that page select the view as web page tab & click on click here to view your report.

7. How do I purchase a profile?
After Creating an account and logging in, or logging in if you have already created an account, go to My Account
under section Take Questionnaire click on click here. It will open new page in that put info of your or the person for whom you are purchasing the profile. After that select profile, it's type & click on Add to Cart. To complete the transaction click on To Make Payment. Top
8. How to buy code?
To buy code you must login and click on the My Accounts in that click on click here under section Buy Code.
