Resolution Management Promise — Avoiding and resolving conflicts are essential when managing people.  It's the "people-problems" that cause the greatest hindrance to greater productivity and profits.  The following Promise is a simple guide to share with each Team Member.  Promise — as a commitment to Resolution Management, I promise to follow the Principle of Priorities.  That is, my priorities are to avoid and resolve conflict, while building harmony and effectiveness in my school.  I will attempt to always go first and alone to the offending person.
